28th Annual BORP Goalball Invitational Tournament

Rules:

$50 per person registration fee. Join as part of a team or join as an individual and we'll help connect you to teammates. Open to all ages and experiences levels. Mixed gender tournament.

A team must have a minimum of 3 players on their roster to register and no more than 6. Players may be on only one roster. You may have up to 3 staff (coaches, gofers, etc.) on your roster.

All players must have a jersey with a visible number on it. Sports teams’ jerseys will be allowed. Taped-on numbers are not permitted.

Your registration fee includes lunch on December 13th and 14th and a guarantee of at least 3 games. There is space for 8 teams. Registration is first come, first served and closes on December 5th, 2025.

Transportation and Hotel:

For visitors to the Bay Area, we encourage you to utilize our extensive public transit system. Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) connects to both of local airports, OAK and SFO.

We have 2 ADA accessible rooms with one king bed and 3 standard rooms with two queen beds reserved for tournament participants at the University Inn and Suites, Berkeley (.3 miles from gym), 920 University Ave. Berkeley, CA 94710. The rooms are under the name Molly Bloom, and cost $142.84 per night, including continental breakfast. The University Inn and Suites, Berkeley is a 22-minute walk from North Berkeley Bart station, a 14-minute commute via the #51B bus, or a 6-minute ride share ride.

We can provide transportation from the University Inn & Suites hotel in Berkeley to and from the gym on Saturday. On Sunday, we can provide transportation from the hotel to the gym in the morning and from the gym to North Berkeley Bart station at the end of the tournament.

The rooms at the University Inn and Suites, Berkeley are $142.84 per night, including breakfast, and are available on a first come, first served basis.
