This is a community discussion and we will be covering all you need to know about hiring a home attendant, and ensuring that this relationship is mutually beneficial. Learn from our guest facilitator, Hannah Karpilow,  and your community!

About Hannah: Hannah Karpilow has been an IHSS provider since 1981, and advocating for personal assistance services for nearly all these years. "Raised" by the architects of the Independent Living Movement, she recognizes the symbiotic relationship necessary for the success for both recipient and provider; employer and employee; disabled person and worker. She currently acts as care manager for a client with SCI and complex needs, managing 15 providers and three payroll sources.
