Hello.  I have been enjoying and benefitting from BORP's virtual, live taught adapted fitness classes for the past 2+ years all the way up in Alaska.  And I feel more physically active and healthy.  I enjoy the quality of the teaching and connecting with the instructors and people who attend the classes.  BORP's virtual fitness classes, and virtual field trips are wonderful.   So, I am helping to raise money for BORP to help insure that the classes and activities, including the virtual fitness classes, can continue.
